iPhone

1. Open Safari and depending on whether you are a Contractor, or an Employee navigate to either;
   Employee.shadconnect.com.au
   Contractor.shadconnect.com.au
2. A pop-up will appear at the bottom of your screen, follow prompts to add ShadConnect to your homescreen.
3. Then close Safari and find the ShadConnect app
4. Then follow the prompts to login
    If you are having difficulty logging in and are a contractor, contact your company administrator. If you are an employee talk to your foreman about getting in contact with IT
   
   
5. Select ‘Site Resources’ and then ‘Signon/Kickoff’. You will be given two options Detect Site or Scan Site QR code.
    
    

If when you choose detect site and you get an infinite loading screen this is due to incompatible location services settings. You can choose to either just use the IN APP Camera or navigate to ‘Settings’ then ‘Privacy’ then ‘Location Services’ after that scroll down to ‘Safari Website’ and finally choose “While using the app”. Close the ShadConnect app and reopen it and you will be able to sign in via GPS location.
Once you have signed into your site you may be prompted to complete a General Induction and Site Induction, please finalize both of these before closing the app.

Android

1. Open Chrome and depending on whether you are a contractor, or an employee will affect which site you need to navigate too
    Employee.ShadConnect.com.au/
    Contractor.ShadConnect.com.au
2. Tap on the three dots on the top right hand corner of the browser and tap on the ‘Add to Home Screen’ option
    
3. Then close chrome and find the ShadConnect app

1. Then follow the prompts to login
