- Access the Egnyte Web Interface via the clicking this link, or copying and pasting it into a web browser such as Google Chrome https://files.shadcivil.com.au
- Log in with your Email address and Computer Password
- Navigate to Collaborate -> Copilot Hub

The Egnyte Copilot Chat Utility will be available in the middle of the page
- Enter query into the search box. Remember to be as descriptive as possible, and ask the question in the way you would if you were talking to a person. The better your question, the better the chances of an accurate answer
- Once you enter your question, it should return a result such as in the example below:
- In longer answers, you may need to scroll within the speech bubble. At the bottom of each answer should be links to the documents that were referenced to give you the response. You should be able to click on these for more information
