Add the 'PM Work Centre' to Your Viewpoint Homescreen

Majority of tasks completed through Viewpoint will be accessed via the PM Work Centre. To access the Work Centre, you first need to add the PM Work Centre to your Viewpoint homescreen. This short tutorial will show you the simple steps.

Step 1: 

Once Viewpoint is opened, from the toolbar at the top of your screen select 'Options' and then choose 'Work Centres'.

Step 2:

You will then be given a pop-up window called Work Centres. Click 'Load'.

Step 3:

A second window will now display the Work Centre library. 

From here, select 'PM Work Centre' and then click 'Load'.

Step 4:

Now select 'Ok' in the Work centre pop-up.

Step 5:

You now have the PM Work Centre accessible from the Viewpoint homescreen as shown below. From here you are able to complete most of your Viewpoint tasks including PO's, CN's, EOT's, RFI's, Subcontractor Agreements, Claims and Variations.
